Press report on the conference on microbiological guideline and warning values of the DGHM
In July, a conference on microbiological guideline and warning values was held at the Technical University OWL in Lemgo. More than 150 participants from food production and trade, investigation offices, laboratories and science took the opportunity to inform themselves about the working method of the Permanent Working Group (StAG) "Microbiological guideline and warning values of the DGHM".
