Checking essential
oils/fragrance blends
for IFRA compliance

Regulatory Affairs

An essential oil is defined as the volatile part of a natural product obtained through distillation, steam distillation, or, in the case of citrus fruits, by cold pressing. Essential oils are derived from various parts of plants. The oil is considered "essential" in the sense that it has a characteristic fragrance or contains a specific essence of the plant.
The European Federation of Essential Oils (EFEO) and the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) have issued a guideline on the labeling of essential oils/fragrance blends.

We are happy to check the compliance of your essential oils/fragrance blends with IFRA regulations and provide a comprehensive list of all allergens that must be declared on the packaging.
