New ALS opinions published

The Working Group of Food Chemistry Experts of the federal states and the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) discusses questions relating to products governed by the Food and Feed Code.

The results of these discussions are regularly published as statements on the BVL's website.
This occurred again on 15 March 2019 with the statements from the 112th meeting held on 11–12 September 2018.
Among the topics discussed were correct labelling of foodstuffs, particularities of wine law and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
