New ALS opinions published

The Working Group of Food Chemistry Experts of the Länder and the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety (ALS) discusses questions about products that are subject to the Food and Feed Code.

The results of these discussions are regularly published as comments on the homepage of the BVLs.
This happened again on 15.03.2019 with the statements of the 112th meeting from 11.-12.September 2018.
Among the topics discussed this time were questions on the correct labelling of foodstuffs, on particularities of wine law and genetically modified organisms.
