Apricot kernels - Health risks from hydrocyanic acid

In the Central Laboratory for Oilseeds at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office Sigmaringen, apricot kernels were predominantly examined. Each sample had to be objected due to a high content of hydrogen cyanide. The objection rate was therefore 100%.
