Baden-Wuerttemberg changes Corona regulation for slaughterhouses and meat processing

In response to the decision of the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg dated July 30, 2020 (Case No. 1 S 2087/20) (read our last news here), the Corona Regulation was amended on August 8, 2020, by the Administrative Court, modifying the original provisions. The amended regulation came into force on August 9, 2020 (link to the new regulation).

The new regulation provides, in addition to the mandatory testing (once a week), the possibility of exemptions if a corresponding hygiene concept is in place.
