Maximum levels for the mycotoxins T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin in Regulation (EU) 2023/915
In July 2024, Regulation (EU) 2024/1038 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/915 (EU Contaminants Maximum Levels Regulation) regarding the maximum levels for T-2 and HT-2 toxins in food came into force.

Maximum levels were now established for the following food groups:
- Unprocessed cereal grains
- Cereal products for the end consumer
- Milled grain products
- Bakery products, pasta, cereal snacks and breakfast cereals
- Infant formula and cereal-based foods for infants and toddlers
