New DGHM Recommendations (BAV Info No. 01/2013)

The working group “Microbiological Guideline and Warning Values” of the specialist group “Food Microbiology and Hygiene” of the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology (DGHM) publishes recommendations for the assessment of microbiological examination results of food. These are widely accepted and applied both by food surveillance and the food industry in Germany.
