Our Tentamus partner laboratory aromaLAB GmbH is a service laboratory focusing on aroma compound analysis.

aromaLAB possesses comprehensive knowledge and many years of experience in the aromas or flavor sector and is your competent partner for research, product development, and QA projects when you have the following questions, among others:

• Clarification of off-odors and the associated sensory quality losses
• Support in product development with regard to flavor optimization
• Shelf life studies in relation to aroma compounds
• Characterization of aroma compounds – including comparison with competitor products
• Product-specific sensory training
• Determination of value-determining aroma compounds in the final product under changed production conditions or different raw materials

In addition, aromaLAB has its own synthesis laboratory for the synthesis of non-commercially available aroma compounds and isotope-labeled standards.
