"Risk-based requirements for the approval of establishments" - Recommendation of the AFFL project group
In the Federal Gazette of 16.05.19, the announcement of the requirements of the project group "Development of "risk-based requirements for the approval of establishments" of the working group meat and poultry meat hygiene and specific questions of food of animal origin of the Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Verbraucherschutz (AFFL)" was published. The comments are addressed directly to the authorising authorities.
This notice replaces the version dated 20.01.14. In this version, the project group specifies in its comments the obligation of enterprises to obtain approval in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 853/2004, in particular in the new version for enterprises in the retail trade, craft trades, catering enterprises, manufacturers of composite foodstuffs as well as storage and repackaging enterprises.
